September 15

This week we started our "apple" unit. Our Bible story this week:  The First Sin.  We learned how sin changed everything.  Adam and Eve suffered consequences of sin (including having to leave the garden as the picture shows below) but God's promise of a Savior to defeat sin and the devil was given.  Jesus came and saved us and gives us the promise of a perfect life in heaven!  Our special words this week:  "I, the Lord, am your Savior."  Isaiah 60:16
